Terms of Service

Velocitio provides a cloud-based software service for engineering analytics, repository scanning, AI-assisted analysis, dashboards, exports, and related integrations.

We may add, remove, or adjust features over time to improve the service, respond to security needs, or reflect product changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, tokens, and integration grants used in your workspace. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it reasonably current.

You must promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access, credential compromise, or other security issues affecting your account or workspace.

You retain your rights in the repositories, metadata, prompts, issue-tracker content, and other customer data you submit or authorize through the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, and display that data in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party systems and to make the relevant data available to the service.

You may not use the service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.

• Attempting unauthorized access, credential theft, reverse engineering, or abuse of integrations.
• Uploading malware, interfering with platform stability, or bypassing security controls.
• Using the service to violate law, third-party rights, or confidentiality obligations.
• Using AI outputs as a substitute for professional legal, compliance, HR, or financial advice.

Free plans, paid plans, trials, usage limits, and billing cycles are described in the product or checkout flow. If you start a paid trial, the subscription may convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial period ends.

You are responsible for applicable fees, taxes, and payment obligations connected to your selected plan and usage. We may suspend paid features for non-payment, fraud, or material breach of these terms.

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, abuse prevention, or incidents may affect access from time to time.

We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Support is provided according to the plan, product documentation, and operational capacity available at the time.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse, or material breach of these terms.

Where feasible and appropriate, we may provide a reasonable opportunity to export customer data before final termination, subject to technical, security, and legal constraints.

The service, including analytics, health metrics, AI-generated summaries, and recommendations, is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that every output will be complete, error-free, or fit for a particular business decision.

You remain responsible for operational, engineering, product, legal, and commercial decisions made using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make a material change, we will publish the new version with an updated effective date.
